=>Mr Dibyendu Dey has submitted his PhD thesis.

=> Ms Jlassi Khouloud, group member of my French collaborator Prof. M. Chehemi, Leader of the Surface & Interface research team at University  of Paris will join Thin film and Nanoscience lab, Tripura University to carry out research work under Raman-Charpak fellowship.

=>Mr Santanu Chakraborty has submitted his PhD thesis

=>My scholar Mr. Dibyendu Dey has almost completed his pre-PhD research work. He will deliver the public seminar on 12 th May, 2014 as a part of PhD program. Mr Dey has worked of FRET based sensors and has already developed pH sensor, DNA sensor, ion sensor and a hard water sensor. Thin film and nanoscience research group wishes Mr Dey All The Best

=>Dr. Syed Arshad Hussain has been invited to deliver an “Invited Talk”  in the conference on “Organic Devices: The Future Ahead” at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, India during March 3-6, 2014.

=> Dr. Syed Arshad Hussain has visited Yamaguchi University, Japan during Nov-Dec, 2013  as a part of Cooperative Science Program of Yamaguchi University, Japan. Dr. Hussain has also visited Osaka University during his visit. He has delivered lecture & Seminar at both the University and discussed about the scope of future collaborations.

=>One of Thin Films and Nanoscience Research Group member Mr. Pintu Debnath has been selected for DST INSPIRE fellowship for pursuing pre- Ph.D. research work.

=>Mr. Sekhar Chackraborty has joined as Postdoctoral Fellow (research topic: combinatorial sensors) in the Department of Materials Engineering, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.

=> Mr. Santanu Chackraborty will visit Yamaguchi University, Japan during July, 2013  as part of Cooperative Science Program of Yamaguchi University, Japan. He will perform some experiments at Prof. Jun Kawamata’s Laboratory, School of Chemistry, Yamaguchi University.

=> Recently we have organized International Conference on Material Science (ICMS2013) during 21-23 rd February, 2013.
